Resurgo Sites · Northern Colorado
You show up on time, your crews are solid, and your finished jobs sell themselves. Then a homeowner searches your name, lands on a page that looks five years old, and calls the company with the cleaner site instead. That's not a marketing problem. It's a website problem, and it's the cheapest one to fix.
Custom 5-page build · $1,400 flat · normally $3,000 · live in 7–10 business days
A custom 5-page contractor site, built from scratch, is a $3,000 job. That's the real number, and most agencies won't even quote you below it.
One payment. No monthly fee. No hosting ransom. You own the site and the domain. Five builds at this price this season, then it goes back to $3,000.
What you get
No page-builder bloat, no stock template, no "premium plugin" upsells halfway through the build. Six things, delivered.
Home, services, gallery of your work, about, and contact. Written and laid out for your trade, not copy-pasted from a template.
Most homeowners look you up on a phone in the driveway. The site is built for that first, loads in under 3 seconds.
A real form wired to your inbox. Name, number, address, what they want. No lost messages, no contact-page scavenger hunt.
Page titles, descriptions, and city-level structure so you show up when someone searches your trade in your town.
Linked and cleaned up so your map listing, hours, and services match the site instead of contradicting it.
You send photos and a few details. I build, you review, we publish. No six-week agency timeline.
The standard
Photography-driven, fast on a phone, and built so a homeowner knows in four seconds whether you're the one. This is the visual bar every build is held to.
Images illustrate the build standard and photographic direction used on client sites. Your site is built around photographs of your actual work.
Build levels
Same builder, same standard. The difference is how many pages, how much copy, and whether you want the site maintained after launch.
The five-page build that fixes the front door.
For crews working five towns, not one.
Site plus the system that keeps leads coming.
After launch, care is $59 a month: hosting coordination, edits, backups, updates, and someone who answers. Cancel anytime. You always own the domain and the site.
Half to start, half at launch. I build it, you look at it on a live preview link, and if it doesn't match the written scope you don't pay the second half. The scope is in writing before a dollar moves, and the timeline is in the same document.
Why it's half price
I build operating systems and business infrastructure for contractors through Resurgo. Websites are the front door to that work, and I need recent local examples to show the next client.
So this season I'm building five sites at $1,400 instead of $3,000. You get a custom build for less than half price. I get a finished site in Northern Colorado I can point to. When the five slots are gone, the price goes back to $3,000 and stays there.
The difference
This is the part owners feel but never see on a spreadsheet.
Timing
A site that goes live in November has four months of indexing behind it before the first mow of the year. A site built in March starts from zero while the crews that planned ahead are already ranking. This is the cheapest month of the year to fix this.
Questions
Yes. One payment for the build. You pay for your own domain and hosting, which is typically $15–$30 a month, and you own both. There is no monthly fee to me, no maintenance contract, and no "premium" upgrade waiting in the middle of the build.
Because I'm not an agency with a sales team and an office to feed. I build a small number of these directly, and this season I'm trading price for portfolio. The five sites I build at $1,400 become the examples I show the next twenty contractors.
You see the finished site on a live preview before the second payment. If it doesn't match the written scope, you don't pay the balance. You're not buying a surprise.
Most people who take this already have one. It's usually the reason they take it. If your current site is a template, has no quote form, or can't be found in search, rebuilding is cheaper than patching it.
No. You send me photos of your work, your service list, and your service area. I write the page copy and lay it out. You review it once and tell me what to change.
You own it. If you want ongoing help — content updates, seasonal service pages, Google Business Profile work, review systems — care is $59 a month and you can cancel anytime. If you'd rather run it yourself, you can, and I'll show you how.
You get a written scope and a build timeline before you pay anything, and the build runs in stages you can see. If the scope isn't delivered, you don't pay the balance. That's the whole arrangement.
